Suggest Treatment For Lax LES

I have lax LES. While passing stool I feel uncomfortable at LES part and till LES portion is clear, I am not satisfied. It takes quite sometime, about 45 min or so, for me to leave the toilet seat. I am frequently taking Pentocid-L as treatment. Have always uneasiness around upper abdomen, around LES.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, here if mean lower esophagus sphincter then it is very unlikely and unusual that it get lax at the time of passing of stool in fact no time being found out for laxation of LES but once it becomes relax it remains or may remains in that position if the stomach is full then and then the symptoms comes out otherwise one can not have any symptoms of lax LES in any of condition I would suggest to try Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day for four weeks it gives very food result hope this information helps.
