Suggest Treatment For Learning Difficulty In Child

my daughter age 11 yrs is mentally retarted .her iQ is 52 she understands each and everything looks like a normal child but she is unable to study as normals she cant write sentences when we dictate in letters she writes but not herself, cant read, just few words made of 2or three words she reads she is fond of writing but cant write proper.she pickup the things fastly like copying songs,dance,someones actions, talks, repeats adds running on tv but cant read or write.she keeps on saying what she want but dont accept what we says.she has learnt some of the functions of computer only by seeing his brother doing.she can startup close the windows findout the paints and runs it .so i want to know then why she is unable to study like a normal child she goes to school learns the things done in class or school activity whatever teacher says she does but still her learning lwevel is of KG child.
