Suggest Treatment For Left Side Of Stomach Pain And Shoulder Pain
Hello, I m a 24yr old male, I m suffering from stomach pain on my left side not far from my ribs and pain in my left shoulder, they re connected as when one eases so does the other. the pain gets worse when i eat or drink average amounts but seems to be ok when having smaller amounts, i ve had no problems with going to the toilet and doing so causes no relief, its been 4 days since the pain appeared and it lasts all day, it just changes in severety mainly depending on eating/drinking and certain movements.
The pain in the left side of the stomach may be due to gastritis, Peptic ulcer disease, food Intolerance or left renal caliculi etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
