Suggest Treatment For Leg Disablity Caused By A Stroke

brother had a stroke...left side gone...mind good...left arm starting to move a little...left leg not responding to treatment so far and is swollen( 7 weeks in rehab hospital)...is this serious and do stroke victims improve to almost 100% over time...please advise

Here I strongly recommend you to take physiotherapy for him if his medical condition is stable. The time for improvement is not define but it depends on the damage in brain. Also the amount of improvement also depends on the same. If it's a minor attack of stroke then definitely he can improve a lot or else functional mobility should be the goal. Hope you got the answer.
