Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain In A Person Suffering From Sciatica
I have severe pain in my leg in one spot I had sciatica few months ago pain in hip is gone but leg pain still hurts my gp said it is a trapped nerve ive been on differant anti inflams for months only minor relief, on cataflam now not much help pain still there , it eases when I lie down but is worse when standing, please can you advise, thank you.
As your gp told it is scistica I agree with him. As this symptoms of pain below the knee in the lateral side of the leg is due to the pinched nerve in the lumbar spine and needs a thorough clinical examination.
This pain can be reduced by making the core stability exercises and later on lower limb strengthening exercises.
