Suggest Treatment For Leg Tremors

My four month has had several episodes of leg tremors. I initally thought is was because he was excited, however, he had tremors while he was sleeping. He doesn t seemed bothered by them. They only last several seconds and sometimes come in pairs. He also has the arm swing movement that looks to me as involuntary. How would I know if this is an issue I should discuss with his doctor. Does this sound normal.
