Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

This seems to be a case of disc herniation with acute disc prolase affecting the lower lumbar segments as there is severe neurological deficit treatment aims at nerve roots decompression[surgical].

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rohan Shanker Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
