Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Light headedness or dizziness can be due to systemic conditions like low BP or anemia. You should check your vital signs including Blood Pressure. Blood routine and ESR should be done to rule out anemia and signs of any infections or inflammatory conditions in the body. Blood cholesterol level and blood sugar also should be measured. In case of any increase in cholesterol thyroid profile should be done also. A consultation with a physician is well appreciated.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
