The prblem just started today. I have had several loose bowel movements and my rectum is very sore...It hurts to set or stand. I have recently started eating almonds as a healthier snack, but they don't seem to agree with my digestive system. I feel like a could pass out after every bowel movement. I have had probably 5 or 6 today since noon. Please help.
