Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The stool test does not indicate infection and hence no antibiotic is necessary.
Plenty of fluids including ORS may be given to prevent dehydration.
High calorie foods like milk+sugar+suji or double boiled rice with moong dal + ghee may be offered to prevent malnutrition.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
