Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions And Cough
my five month & four days daughter facing loose motion & caughing problem and i went to the doctor so he provide me some medicine to give her but still she is facing as i mentioned above.so pls give some advice for her.what should i do now ? thanks & best regards

As per your history, for the loose motion, you can give syp metronidazole.
For cough give cough syrup containing phenylephrine. Give nebulization twice a day.
In case of fever, you can give syp paracetamol. Continue breast feeding.
Watch for symptoms of dehydration like dry skin, decreased urination.
