i AM 34YRS male having loose motion after eating any food any time since 4 months. i didnt take any medicine because I hope this will stop in days. But now it almost 4 months and my weight is also lost by 2-3 kgs. can you prefer me a medicine.

I really appreciate your concern, passing the loose stool is not the sign of any disease unless it is being confirmed with clinical diagnosis. Still on tentative basis it can be tried with single dose therapy for protozoa infection and tab Secnidazole can be tried if the symptoms persist then stool needs to be sent for the lab test.
