Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions In A Child

my baby is 13 months old, actually i had stomach upset yesterday & my baby is also having loose motion from yesterday. Today I stopped breast feeding & giving him only rice cereal. I have taken anti biotics norfloxin. should I take my child to the doctor, i have not given him any medicine so far.

Continue breast feeding and plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Sporolac daily may help.
Already you have stated nofloxacin.
No more medication is necessary.
