Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

She may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or dysentery or food intolerance or malabsorption syndromes or inflammatory bowel problems.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done stool culture and sensitivity.

Avoid spicy food, lactose and gluten-containing food.

Use tablet ofloxacin and ornidazole.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
