67 yrs old lady, kidney transplant (living related) 6 yrs ago, on tacrolimus 0.5 mg bid, MMF 360mg bid, atovastatin 10mg, having loose motions (liquid stool) for 5 days, already taken Norfloxacilin 400mg bid, reduced frequency now ( 3 times/d). Today's morning she got vertigo when she woke up. Nephrologist gave cinnarazine and merislon. Please give advice for her loose motion and vertigo.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that it could be viral infection what the medicine is give (Cinnarazine ) is correct and keep it continue if the symptoms continue more than week then it has to be brought to investigations, for the loose motion no need to take any medicine but care needs to be taken for dehydration, hope this information helps.
