this question may have a few details.
im in my mid 20's, male and within regular weight/height catagory.
I have found that as of late (1 year) I am having issues with my back passage. I have been diagnosed with hemorrhoids (internal), however at the time the doctor said they were not very large. Since then I have had a few problems. Firstly, the rectum feels full. Albeit not intensely full, or urgent, just that there is something there. The whole region feels quote loose. Though I can make a conscious effort to tighten the PF muscles, it seems that when let go, there is a huge drop. Inserting suppository medicine is quite easy, in fact, which is yet another worry.
I also have a feeling that my lower back becomes tired. In the mornings or through-out the evening I notice that (and I do apologize for the question) there is leakage of a substance that is usually attributed to hemorrhoids. Though I have made an attempt at personal inspection, I am ignorant as to what to look for. I have had a doctor take a look as stated regarding diagnosis, but nothing particularley adverse caught his eye besides the obvious hemorrhoids.
Now, though I know I have Hemorrhoids, I am worried that it isnt something else - such as the onset of a rectal prolapse.
I have attampted Kegel excersizes, but have found that it is aggrevating the issue rather than aiding it.
I apologize for this question - it is unpleasant to talk about as well as hear. Please accept my utmost respect and humility.
