Suggest Treatment For Loose Stools And Inflammation In Rectum

Hello sir,i am 24 and indian. i have done renal transplant 9 years ago and i am on medication, i have uncontrolled loose diarehea and loose stool and the rectum also feel inflamation while passing stool. no blood in the stool. i am loosing weight, feeling fatique and weak. i have done stool tests and the musuc, parasites, Ova/Cysts, WBC are NIL or none seen. so please hep me out. i triedout so many medicines nothing works. and also i am very carefull on diet bt still no improvement.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Take frequent, small sips of water or a rehydration drink and small bites of salty crackers.
- Begin eating mild foods the next day or sooner, depending on how you feel.
-Take Imodium
-Take probiotics
