Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite And Dizziness
I Have Scabs That Just Will Not Heal In My Left Nostril And I Keep Feeling Dizzy. The Scabs Have Been Apparent For Nearly 2 Months Now And During This Time Have Spread Around The Outer Part Of The Nostril Then Healed But Those Inside My Nostril Are Relentless And Will Not Heal Over And Go But The Dizziness Is A Recent Occurrence And Has Only Been Happening For 4 Days. I Have Lost My Appetite And Feel So Run Down. I d Just Like Some Answers As Too What Could Be Causing This And If There Is Any Over The Counter Medication/Ointment I Could Use And If They Are In Anyway Connected.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of scabbing in the nostril for a long time, dizziness of 4 days, loss of appetite and so on. The cause of the nasal scabbing are: Atrophic rhinitis or scelroderma or so on. You need o consult an ENT Surgeon to get a n appropriate examination and may be biopsy to get a proper treatment. The dizziness may have problems with internal ear secondary to the nasal condition, get a clinical evaluation and get the treatment if as per the causative agents found. There are no over the counter medications for such conditions.
