HI, i am a 21 year old, i have lost my appetite ,i feel hungry but cant eat, feel pukish if i eat eat a little bit, and feels like have had a lot to eat, also have lost 4 kgs in 3 months. If relevant, my handa shake when kept still in a position. Also, i have problems taking deep breaths
