The cause of loss of his vision does not seem to be due to the frontal hemorrhages. The cerebellar hemorrhage is also unlikely to cause rapid lots of vision in both eyes. He needs to be investigated for other causes like ischemic optic neuropathy, optic neuritis, amaurosis fugax etc. Whether he will get his vision back depends on the cause and duration of vision loss.
