You may take eltroxin 50 mg once daily for low TSH.take shellcal500BD for 3 weeks,Dolo-neurobiononce daily afer meals,Vitamin D3 sachet (calcirold3 or vitarold3) once a week for 10 weeks do hot fomentation of fingers and show to ortho surgeon. It needs local infilteration (intrarticular) of hydrocortisone acetate every week for three.Fosamax 70 mg tab once a week in mornings
