Hi Sridhar

Buddy i have gone through the details provided by you and i would like to assure you that all the readings whatever you have mentioned at different situations are perfectly normal. Above that your holter was also normal having a heart of 39 during early morning sleep is not a problem and neither a resting heart rate of 60 beats per minute infact it suggests that your heart is healthy.

My advise to you is to stop worrying and enjoy. You have to trust your doctor.

Wish you good luck
