Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Low grade fever with a history of iritis in eye and elevated ESR can be due to sarcoidosis.
Sarcoidosis is an immunologically mediated disease which involves lungs and eyes commonly.
Sarcoidosis is a diagnosis of exclusion and suspected when all other possibilities are ruled out.
Blood levels of ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) are estimated to rule out or confirm sarcoidosis.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of the investigation.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja P Wahal
