Sir, my 2 years 7 manth son , wight 11.8 kg , now suffering cold problem. before 3 month ago

i gave him azibact antibiotic as per dor. consultation. he felt phenumoniya when he was 1 year.

he has been suffering immunity problem also. his hb % only 8.2 . now what i do?

First u need to give complete diet which includes staple food; vegetables fruits and eggs...immunity will improve wit complete diet..for low hb first do deworming with syp mrbex5 ml once in night and repeat dose after 14 days ..start syp tonoferon p 4.5 ml once daily for three months..give diet reach in jaggery n green leafy vegetables ..
