Hello, This is rather strange to ask, but I ve noticed that I no longer tend to get wet downstairs anymore. From someone who used to get very wet, it s a very strange and concerning change. In the last 10 months with my partner it has been a real frustration. The sexual stimulation hasn t changed, and we always do foreplay yet I don t seem to be getting very wet. We have been using lubes to compensate but, as you can imagine, my partner is taking it a little personal. I m not stressed nor dehydrated. I m 20, female. 5.6ft and 11 stone. Any help please? Thanks

Hello, Welcome to HCM,
Sex drive in women is a subjective one and there is no objective way to measure sexual desire or pleasure and every woman has to define for herself whether her libido is adequate for her or not.
The factors that contribute to each woman’s sexuality are complex and unique and some of the possible reasons may be Poor diet, lack of exercise, sleep loss, excessive alcohol, stress, depression, low thyroid function and sexual performance anxiety.
The cause for the loss of libido should be evaluated before initiating any measures to boost up the libido. The hormone testosterone can be used to treat low libido in women. Viagra drug might be used as a libido booster. Thank you.
