HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be a intestinal infection and most common organism is protozoa, if I would be the doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for seven days and Tab Dicyclomine for abdomen pain, in chronic abdomen pain it is most advisable to get done all the routine investigation it can not be treated empirically for long time final diagnosis is matter of concern for better health hope this information helps.
