Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain , Fever And Diarrhea

I have had 2 episodes of very bad gas pain in the lower stomach, once with diarrhea, and fever, and just recently, the same pain, no diarrhea, but in a soaking sweat while in the bathroom. I have little appetite. I had a colonoscopy recently & all is fine.

an antispasmodic like Mebeverin should help with the pain. I would also suggest that you take a probiotic along with this. hope this helps
