Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain In The Right Side

I have over a hundred polyps in my stomach from use of meds like nexium. I am currently on Dexalent and cannot go without these medications or I suffer. I dont eat a lot and no spicy or greasy food. It self produce too much acid. That said, I have been having very bad pain on my right side, sharp lower abdomen. I have been to several doctors and have had CT scans with and without as well as ultra sound. The pain never goes away. I am really concerned. Any suggestions?

Your concern and query is appreciated, if this is the multiple polyps are there then it can not be removed but it has to be managed with medicines alone.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day.
condition seems to be due to some anxiety and depression of course it could be polyps in side but that may not be causing pain, try to come out of the stress.
