Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

I have a lower abdomen pain right side been having it for a month or so no fever or vomiting feel bubbles in my lower right side and pain is now spreading to my left side. Also have been gaining weight. Pain has been increasing but goes away when im active.

Your symptoms seem to be related to appendicitis. I suggest you do an ultrasound to confirm the cause.
