Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain After Child Birth

Hi my name is Zuzana.I have been suffering with lower back pain for over 2years since I gave a birth. Seen physio but didn t help.I have been with physio since february.Had an x-ray done.showed only scoliosis.also my womb area is painful now I m not sure what to do.Im only 32.I can t sleep at night bcs of back pain.Day time I m falling asleep.I feel very tired all the time. I also noticed red mark appeared on my back 2weeks ago and it s still there.Not sure what to do next.tnx very much.

Usually happens due to muscle spasm, calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency. Do start with proper supplements, exercise and muscle relaxants.
