Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain After Delivery
hi Doctor,
myself is Nandini, I had a cesearan operation and got baby in feb month but still i feel more lower back pain and i hope this is due to spinal anesthesia that is been given during operation. please give me the suggestion to reduce pain
Hi , Welcome to HCM.Your backache is not due to spinal anesthesia given during operation. It is related to weakness of muscles and bone .So take calcium supplementation, do back excercises.take analgesc such as diclofenac whenever you have pain.I also advice to get your vitamin D3 estimated. and take vitamin D3 if it is low.
