Hello,

You may use pain killers to help with the pain such as Ibuprofen and paracetamol. You need to avoid activities that make your pain worse but meanwhile, you need to keep yourself active with daily activities as much as the pain allows you.

If the medications do not help enough with the pain, if you are getting worse or if you notice any new symptoms (especially numbness in the legs or private area and also problems to control urine or bowel) you will need to see your doctor soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
