Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Burning

hi,iam 36years old lady ,oneday feel itching ,burning on my lowerback and stretching my right leg with pain that can not walk easilly,first i did x ray and doctor said that it is herniated disc lowest back area but when i did mri and after seeing my mri he said it is L1L2disc ,he gave me anti inflamatory ,muscle relaxant and pain relief tabelets that made my mucle more week.after one weak he gave me some steroids but at that time my pain had gone i did not take that madicins and went for sauana bath which made me better ,now i have weekness and muscle stretcing ,can i use stairs ,can i start phisiotherapy and should i take steroid?

Hi,
Go for short way diathermy and lumbar traction.
Do back extension exercise daily.
Avoid weight lifting.
Avoid bending movement from back.
Use hard bed for sleeping.
Take calcium and vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
