Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Leucorrhea

Hi doctor M having leuchorrea which is smelly and yellow discharge ... I get lower backache as well ... And spotting in start of periods for a day or two then normal flow, duration is five days normal but now i get spotting for two three days extra after five days of normal periods ... Is it curable now cuz for many years i had it ... And does it effect fertility ...

Hi,

Leucorrhea can be sexually transmitted so get physically examined along with your partner.
Get STD test done, you need oral medications(Metronidazole/Clindamycin).
Take care of your hygiene, avoid sex for a couple of days.
Take food rich in calcium and protein, take vitamin supplements, avoid use of harsh soaps, douches and perfumed products.
