Ive been having frequent UTIs for the past three months and they come back after treatment. I have no frequent urination no burning when i pee. But i have severe lower and upper back pain. Ive recently started vomiting and delt with nausea. I also started up some severe cramping like im going to have diarrhea but i dont and when that happens i start to get the chills. They did a urine analysis and said an infection showed up along with blood and protein and my ph was off. I noticed that ive been eating smaller portions of food or not eating at all
Urine microscopic examination is helpful for diagnose. Ultrasound sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
After urine culture start a antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion. Proper physical examination and history give exact idea about disease.
