Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain With Testicle Pain

I have right side lower back pain, i feel uncomfortable in the area between my penis and rectum and my right testicle aches on and off. I have checked for lumps on my testicle and there are none and it is not sensitive to touch. I also feel a dull pain in the area above my right testicle when I ejacualate. I just read an article on simphysis disfunction and symptoms seemed to be similar. Could you advise please. Thank you.

Hello
You have s2 compression do mri lumbosacral spine.
Consult physiotherapist take pregabalin methcobalamin.do not put pressure on the sacral area.
