Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Hi I m just wondering what it could be I ve been feeling tired for the last week or so but have at least 6-8 hours sleep I have lower back pain on and off and depending on what I eat end up bring it back up and also my boobs are feeling a bit tender..? Could it just be a bug..??

As you are suffering from chronic lowe back pain, I would like to advise you x ray lumbo sacral spina ap / lat to rule out any pathology like spondylosis, spondylolysthesis, or etc.
Then consult your orthopedic surgeon for forther chek up.
Meanwhile you can take pain killer and muscle relaxant.
