Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I am a 16 year old female and have been having lower back pain on both my left and my right side. The pain most of the time is rated a 7 or 8. It really affects the way i walk and my effort on daily activities. This pain has spread from just being in my lower back to now into my upper back as well. Any type of movement with my arms, neck or just upper body i get a shock down my upper back and into my lower. The pain is most prominent in my lower back. Earlier this year i went to the ER for a Bladder infections that spread to my kidneys, there-for giving me a kidney infection as well. I believe i have another kidney infections but would like professional advice... This pain has been constant for about 3 or 4 weeks now, only occasionally going away.. other symptoms include brown discharge (when not on period. but occasionally regular colored), sometimes dark urine, irregular period (lasting only 1 to 4 days and happens every 20-30 days), felt drained of energy, and have gotten sick quite a bit. What could this be a kidney infection or more?
