Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I ve had lower back pain for about four days. BioFreeze and a Muscle Rub work initially, but the relief fades after 10 minutes or so. Heating pad does nothing. I don t think it s a kidney problem because I don t have a fever, am not vomiting, and I m not nauseous. No blood in urine. Because of the medicines I m on, I can t take anymore aspirin (other than the low-dose). I ve heard Aleve will work. Will Extra Strength Tylenol PM work too?

Hi,
Along with muscle relaxant take NSAID medicine like Diclophenac, paracetamol combination.
This will help to relieve pain.
Go for back extension exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
