Dear patient
Pain in Lower back that radiates in lower limb and started immediately after lifting weight can be explained by disc prolapse with nerve root compression. Sudden lifting of heavy weight should be avoided as it leads to stress in your back and hence can lead to disc prolapse. This needs to be investigated with 1. Xray of lumbosacral spine anteroposterior and lateral views 2. MRI of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine to confirm diagnosis. You need to visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. Meanwhile take strict bed rest and take tab Myospas forte twice a day. Take tab pregabalin 75mg at bedtime for 10 days. You need to consult expert spine surgeon with mri report. All the best.
