Dear- thanks for using our system and hope will my medical advise will be helpful. You probably have a pinched muscle from the exercise Sometimes, specially when you do an exercise and don't stretch well, you can have this problem. It might take few days to improve, try to avoid heavy exercise, use a heating pad, rest and take anti-inflammatory as ibuprofen for 72 hrs. If it does not get better, you might need to see your doctor for an x-ray and further evaluation.
