Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I am 31 years old,5' 10",160lbs and healthy.I've had chronic lower Back pain for about 2 1/2 months.I went to ER about 2months ago.I was perscribed Painkiller, Muscle Relaxers&800mgMotrin&was told not to excersize for 1wk.The pain improved,then got worse. 2nd time they put me on prednizone& got better/then worse. went to Chiropractor 2 days ago& now its worse than ever - cant move-advise please

Hello,

I have studied your case and reports.

Lower limb pain is due to sciatica.
You may need MRI spine.

Medication like methylcobalamine with neurotropic like elavil which you are taking will reduce pain

I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

Epidural steroid shot will help you.
Cause for your upper limb pain can be due to neuropathy.
You may need to do EMG –NCV nerve conduction study if required after clinical examination.
