Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Hello,

I have a couple of problems.

My lower back pains alot, hence I am unable to sleep in the straight back position. I always end up sleeping in a curly position. I have tried using Pain relieving sprays and balms but to no avail. Please advise.

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be slip disc or severe muscle spasm.

So go for MRI of spine and take treatment and physiotherapy.

Meanwhile take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant gel oxalgin.

Avoid lift heavy weight and bending forward.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
