Hi my name is haylee. I am 15 years old and my lower right back has been hrting for the past few months now. It has hurt alot more when i and laying in bed at night, and it has gotten so bad to the point where my right leg also cramps and it makes it hard to sleep. Also, im a a junior varsity cheerleader, and when im at practice, any exercise i do that has to do with my right leg, my back pops. But it never happens on the left side of my back. Does anyone know what is happening and what i should do? Thank you
