Suggest Treatment For Lower Esophageal Pain

I have had a pain in my lower esophageal area. Very similar like when you were a kid and swallowed a whole piece of candy and your chest hurts. I have had acid re-flux but this is different. It is however relieved for a few seconds when I swallow something.

Hi,
the symptoms you describes looks like dyspepsia.
For this you need to avoid spicy and oily food .
Avoid stress
Have proper sleep
Eating habits should be proper.
If smoker kindly quit
Can consider some antacid for 2 weeks and later only if needed.
With this above remedy your symptoms should improve.
