Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Anus And Pain While Passing Stools

Hi, I am female and recently find a very small lump near my anus. During passing of stool i am facing pain and itching. after passing the stool also the pain continues in that area. Kindly advice me whether its a piles or what. What will be the treatment for this.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of Hemorrhoid (Pile)is very likely beside this it could be boil also clinical examination would clear the difference, if this is the hemorrhoid then it can be managed on conservative line of treatment but it may not cure the disease, try sitz bath, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, for local application Polycresuline ointment can be applied, infection need to be eradicated, for pain and inflammation Ibuprofen 400 mg can be tried, Isabgol can be used for stool softener theses are all for hemorrhoid, if this is not the hemorrhoid and boil then depends upon the severity of it, some time may need surgical draining, hope this information helps.
