Suggest Treatment For Lump On Labia In 3 Year Kid

Our daughter is almost 3 years old and has a small, black/whitehead like bump on her right labia-not in the fold, just sitting out there. It has formed a hard knot underneath about 3 times its size. she had a staff infection about 5 weeks ago so I hope that is not it. she is very healthy otherwise and wondering if i should try to squeeze it due to the area it is in or just go see the doc.
