General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids. I suggest anti hemorrhoid cream for local application. I also suggest to soak in warm water daily for relief. I recommend to drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet. The symptoms will probably relieve on it's own in a few days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
