Suggest Treatment For Lung Pain

Wondering what is causing my lung pain. Background: Worsens both with activity/movement, and whilst lying down. Sitting still provides relief. Seems related to my menstrual cycle - over past year it is worst either during, or just before, menstruation. I ve been checked for heart issues - tests came up clear. Also had CT for chest to check for clots, came up clear. I have existing conditions: recurring stage 4 endometriosis in bowel and reproductive organs, PCOS and ongoing joint pain.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having anxiety related chest symptoms mostly.
Since your all cardiac and pulmonary tests are normal, no need to worry for major organic disease. It is anxiety mostly.
You are also having endometriosis and PCOS (poly cystic ovarian disease). Both these diseases are associated with stress and anxiety.
So I advice you to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life. And work out solution for the same.
You may require anxiolytic drugs too.
So avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
