my wife of three days now i think is into anal sex but to ashame to tell me. she has a mass in her stomach that may kill her soon. and i just want to know is this helth and what damage will it cause her she 27 years old what should i do?

Mass per abdomen means where is the location? is it inguinal area or suprapubic or pubic area etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
So please get it done ultrasound abdomen and clinical examination then consult your physician) gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.
